By seat. You are billed for the number of user seats on your subscription, not on how often each person logs in or how much time they record. Solo includes 2 seats and can take up to 4.
Annually in advance at the prices shown, or monthly at 20% more. If you add seats during the year on an annual plan, they are charged pro-rata to the end of your billing cycle.
Team is billed on a minimum of 5 seats and Firm on a minimum of 10. Solo is a fixed €25 per month for 2 users. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any month.
Yes, there is a one-off onboarding fee. It varies with the size of your firm and the complexity of your data migration, and we quote it before you sign anything.
Yes. We offer a two-month, no-commitment trial so you can run a full billing cycle before deciding. No credit card is needed and we set it up with you.
Tasks, project workflows, automatic statutory deadlines and custom sub-domains are in active development and not yet released. They are included in your plan at no extra cost the moment they ship, along with every other new release.
Yes. You can bill in any currency, and different clients can be invoiced in different currencies. Your hidma subscription is charged in euro, or in pounds sterling for UK firms.
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is applied where applicable.
No. UK firms pay the same figures in pounds sterling, so Team is £15 per user seat per month and Firm is £20 on annual billing, or £18 and £24 if billed monthly. Everyone else is billed in euro.
