Recurring charges are created automatically on schedule and appear as unbilled charges on the relevant client or project. When you create a bill, these charges are available to include alongside time entries, just like any other billable item.
Yes. You can configure charge-out rates at the project level. When team members log time on that project, the project rate takes precedence over their personal default rate.
When creating a bill, you can reduce the hours or value of any line item – including writing it down to zero. The original time entry remains in your records for reporting, but the billed amount reflects your adjustment.
